Penguin tea timer
- Bible verse cards
- $15 Starbucks gift card
- Domain cologne
- 2009 Steelers calendar
- 2 movie tickets
- iPod Classic 120GB
- USB power adapter for iPod

Basically I had a great Christmas. I finally got that iPod!
In other news, my horoscope for today was:

You totally forgot to get something, but you’ll think of the perfect thing just in time!

I totally DID NOT forget to get something, I just didn’t get anything. For my sister, that is. But at the last minute, it came to me: I’ll get her the first book of Twilight! And make her obsessed with Edward like every other girl on the planet.

But at least she’ll have a present from me, as well as a little bear I picked up in New York for her. Speaking of which… pictures of the New York trip coming soon!

Finally, I asked myself if democracy was always the best government, and came up with this answer.

EDIT: One thing more… the BBC ran a test… apparently:

The free online resource Wikipedia is about as accurate on science as the Encyclopedia Britannica, a study shows.

Rest of article.

Happy holidays!!

That’s my horoscope for today. It sounds rather cryptic and mysterious. But I guess it could be true… I mean, I couldn’t possibly know about it if nobody’s talking to me!

For the record, I’m happy that Schweffy has decided to continue blogging here. I’m thinking we’re going to be like phone acquaintances, for a while anyway. Maybe one day we’ll become friends again, but I don’t think that time is now… perhaps it’s best if we just take a break from each other, seeing as how we fight all the time. But as phone-acquaintances, we won’t have the opportunity to fight! I definitely hope that someday we’ll be friends again, though. Maybe if we ease back into each other, things will work out.

O. I just came back from the beach. I went with Andrew Lewis and Damien Sautter, the former of whom is a leprechaun, and the latter an extraordinarily attractive man (no homo). So yeah, there was a lot of beach walking (but not much swimming), some volleyball, sharkhunting, a rather interesting game known as “Samurai 1″ which is basically hide-and-seek in a city (gotta love parking garages and hotel staircases!!) where the hider is actually waiting in ambush for the seekers… well it’s complicated kind of. But VERY fun (I reckoned it would come down to this, Hank). Also we picked up two girls, unfortunately they were whores. Plus one was 14. Ah well it was fun without them :)

So on Twitter yesterday, I compiled my list of Movies I Simply Must See:

  1. Pineapple Express saw it 8/13
  2. The Dark Knight (that’s right, I still haven’t seen it)
  3. The Mummy
  4. Step Brothers
  5. Mirrors (comes out 8/17)
  6. Lakeview Terrace (comes out 9/17)

After seeing Pineapple Express, I concluded that it was an awesome movie. For my full review on the movie click here.

So yeah that’s whats been up with me lately.

So states my horoscope. It could mean so much.I guess it’s one of those ambiguous ones where it might mean one thing, then again it could mean something else.

I’m going to make one last try at getting a car before my birthday. Tomorrow.

So basically I watched Accepted and Clerks II today. I definitely like Clerks II better. It seemed…more mature. Which is definitely not the right word, as you would know if you’ve ever watched it. But it seemed a lot less stupid than Accepted, to me anyway.

23  May
(title)

Horoscope: You’ll accidentally learn a secret, but will have to keep it to yourself to avoid hurting someone.

Unfortunately I didn’t accidentally learn any secrets today … well, not any that I know of offhand. Schweffy and Nikki and I hung out, and we went to On The Border and Bowie Town Center. It was a lot of fun, actually. Nowhere near as awkward as the last time. Nikki seems really cool.

In other news, Schweffy is the best skateboarder in history. Calling all skaters, you should ask her to do some sweet tricks for you. She’ll do them with unequaled grace and ease.

So apparently I’m not getting a car loan from my mom. I’m going to have to wait until I’m 18 and then I can apply for a loan. Doesn’t mean I’m even going to get one. So. That’s exactly four weeks away until I can apply for a loan. I’m counting down.

Horoscope: There’s nothing you can do to stop time from going by so fast, so you better enjoy every day.

I was just thinking last night about how fast May has been going. It’s my last chance to see a lot of people from school, and possibly hang out with them. And I fully plan to enjoy every day. I have things planned nearly every day this week.

My mom’s going to be in Tennessee starting tomorrow and she won’t be back until Sunday. I’ll be living at my dad’s pretty much. Coolcool!!

16  May
Horoscope = true

Yesterday Alexa told me to subscribe to a horoscope txt message system. She said it was mysteriously ALWAYS true. I didn’t believe in that crap, but I thought to myself that I had nothing to lose, so I did.

Today my horoscope was: “Don’t be quick to judge a new person in your group. You might end up liking them more than you think.”

We organized our old Outback Crew (Me, Schweffy, Ade, Alexis, and Kim) to chill again. We haven’t since November. But at the last minute, Alexis and Ade backed out. Then, Schweffy decided to invite Nikki. So it was me, the Orchowskis, and Nikki.

Awkward?

Well not really. I’ve been in more awkward situations than that. A lot more. But I remembered my horoscope … and I didn’t back out. Nikki seems pretty cool. A good first impression, anyway.
